Mitosis and Meiosis

In this video, we gave a step by step explanation about the different phases of mitosis and meiosis. To explain these steps we used clay and constructed the physical appearance of each step and took pictures of each change then put them together through stop motion. We then did voiceovers to give a thorough and complete explanation of what was going on. In this project, I helped come up with and illustrate the structures representing mitosis and meiosis. I then helped construct the script on what to say for the explanation. I think our group did really good at correctly illustrating the stages and what happens we could have done better when explaining what was going on. I think the most meaningful part of the experience was getting a thorough understanding of what actually happens during mitosis and meiosis.
